← Brail on brand

Playbooks now run in every connected tool.

Your marketing playbooks used to live in a doc nobody opened mid-task. Now they travel with the work — into every agent and tool Brail connects to.

A playbook only helps if it's in front of you at the moment you're producing. Ours used to sit in a document you'd read once during onboarding and never again while a campaign was actually being built.

That changes today. Playbooks in Brail now feed directly into every connected tool.

    What this means in practice

When an agent or teammate produces something in a tool wired to Brail, the relevant playbook comes with it — as live context, not a link:

    • Channel strategies apply automatically, so a post drafted for LinkedIn follows your LinkedIn playbook, not a generic default.
    • Guardrails ride along, so the output respects the same rules your team would enforce by hand.
    • Updates propagate. Change a playbook once in Brail and every connected tool uses the new version immediately — no re-uploading, no copy-paste, no stale copies.

Why we built it this way

The point of Brail is that brand moves upstream of the tools, not inside each one. A playbook trapped in a single app is just another document. A playbook distributed to every tool is infrastructure — it executes wherever the work happens.

This is the same principle behind everything we ship: on-brand shouldn't be a review step you remember. It should be the default the tools already have.

Connect a tool and your playbooks are already running in it.
